This thing has really sped up my paint prep. I've never been able to tape off a 15 ft wall with one single piece, but this lets you do that. While it basically does the taping for you, you still need to use some technique. For example, applying tape the a thin 1/4" edge, like the top of your baseboard, is a bit tricky.
Giving it 4 out of 5 because the tape tearer could work better and one of the wheels fell off of my model after 2 rooms of usage. I'm hoping to fix that on my own.

| I have used many different methods to apply masking tape when I paint. Often I find this the most tedious part of the process. I decided to try the Scotch Blue Painter's Tape Applicator. WOW!!! I just masked my entire bedroom in less than 30 minutes. And we are talking a 12'x15' room with 2 windows and 3 doors... I masked baseboards all the way around the room from one door to the other with one piece! This is the best 9 bucks I have spent in a long time. |

| This applicator makes quick work of taping off baseboards and casings. When I tape off moldings "free-hand", I wind up with a slightly wavy tape line, but with this applicator it's nice and straight. |
